Session content is confidential in both directions. Coach Seb Dating will keep your personal information private. In return, you agree not to share proprietary coaching methods, frameworks, or materials from sessions publicly or commercially without prior written consent from Coach Seb Dating.
Coach Seb Dating reserves the right to film, record, and retain any materials created during the coaching process, including but not limited to infield footage, session recordings, and testimonials. These materials remain the sole property of Coach Seb Dating and may be used across social media platforms — including Leading Man Attraction (YouTube) and @CoachSebDating (Instagram) — and other marketing channels.
Clients who are happy to appear in social media content may provide their consent verbally on camera, clearly stating their agreement to the use of the material. By providing on-camera consent, the client confirms they are happy for those materials to be used by Coach Seb Dating for promotional and content purposes. Where possible, written or digital consent will also be obtained as part of the onboarding process.
A client may withdraw their consent to appear in future or existing social media content at any time by submitting a written request to Sebastian Jozwik at the contact details provided. Coach Seb Dating aims to remove the relevant materials within 7 working days of receiving such a request. Please note that materials already shared or distributed by third parties may be beyond Coach Seb Dating's control to remove.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Coach Seb Dating is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the relevant service.
